Beth is a licensed professional counselor and is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) who is passionate about helping others to live their greatest life. She is able to create a safe and supportive space for individuals through active listening and a person-centered counseling approach.
Beth has over a decade of experience working with individuals and loved ones whose lives are impacted by substance abuse. She is trauma-informed and works with clients in creating safety and feelings of empowerment to accomplish their goals. During sessions, she provides gentle direction around life purpose, challenging negative beliefs, and engaging in meaningful interactions.
Beth is able to provide an individualized approach for each client to help them achieve their goals for treatment. Her counseling approach not only includes person-centered therapy, it also includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, and motivational interviewing practices (MI).
