Full and Part-Time Outpatient Therapist Positions

We offer our therapists a warm, welcoming, family-focused environment, a steady flow of client referrals, administrative support, and use of our electronic health record system. We are also offering 100% remote positions (providing virtual telehealth sessions from home), which will remain a permanent feature of our services after pandemic conditions have been eased. Therapists can practice from anywhere, the only requirement is a current PA license.

Applicant Expectations
- Full-time employees are expected to maintain 25+ billable hours per week. Our full-time positions offer compensation for continuing education and career development and the potential for health insurance. Competitive, above-average pay for Berks County is offered.
- Part-time employees are expected to maintain a minimum of 12 billable hours per week.
- Our ideal candidate for family therapy, couples counseling, reunification counseling, and behavioral therapist positions is a professional who is warm, caring, and ambitious, with a passion to help clients achieve their full potential.
- Supervision, training, and specialized psychotherapy learning opportunities are available. Our team meets weekly for case discussion, guidance, and coordination.
