She is passionate about supporting clients experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationships, and work/school. She is dedicated to empowering her clients by supporting them in overcoming challenges and embracing positive change through tailored evidence-based interventions that focus on their individual challenges and strengths. She recognizes the scariness of decision-making, including beginning therapy. However, she offers an empathetic, warm and comfortable space where her clients can be authentic.
