With over nine years of experience in the mental health and addiction field, I bring a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to each client I serve. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, understanding, and the courage to explore the past in order to create a more empowered future.
I specialize in working with adult children of alcoholics and individuals from dysfunctional family systems, as well as children, teens, and young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and substance use. My clinical approach honors each person’s unique story and emphasizes safety, authenticity, and collaboration.
My own journey of personal growth is what first led me to this work, and it’s what continues to inspire me to walk alongside others as they find their voice, reclaim their worth, and build lives aligned with who they truly are.
Clients can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where their experiences are heard, validated, and respected. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, I’m here to support you with care, insight, and evidence-based tools tailored to your needs.
