Kaitlyn Stahl, MA

Kaitlyn is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who is committed to helping individuals heal, feel empowered, and develop overall wellness to live a fulfilling life. She is passionate about guiding individuals, especially children, adolescents, young adults, and couples utilizing unique approaches geared towards each person. She focuses on processing and healing from past wounds, identifying healthy coping skills, journeying  through stages of grief, improving self-esteem, and much more. Her approach includes CBT, Person-Centered, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused, and a Narrative approach. Kaitlyn is able to work with children ages 5 and up, where the focus is geared towards prevention and gaining skills to enter other stages of development in a more healthy and functional way.
