Hello! My name is Deidre. I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to getting you to show up authentically, even when life throws you curveballs. With a diverse skill set in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I strive to provide a holistic and inclusive therapeutic experience tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe that you have the power within you to overcome challenges—even if sometimes it’s buried under a pile of laundry or existential dread.
