Alane leads unconditional positive regard, curiosity, and respect. She is informed by psychodynamic theories and integrates experiential, EMDR, and somatic techniques as additional options beyond cognitive behavior therapy in her collaboration with clients. Alane is passionate about a holistic approach towards mental health and functional medicine. She began her career as a nutrition and wellness writer. Alane enjoys hiking and the outdoors. She finds pleasure in cooking and spending time with family and friends, here in the area and in Italy. She has an AKC certified therapy dog, Carina, that joins her in volunteer and therapy work.
